Silent Friday

Stuttgart

Julia, Cyril, Jacques and I came home on Sunday from a lovely trip to Germany and France. The German leg was a bit of a bust - Stuttgart is not a city I would recommend visiting, our hostel, though quite nice, was quite overpriced and our host the last night was, well, interesting, to put it politely. He's going to open a café.
The road trip feel was brilliant, though. As was the road trip music, ie Backstreet Boys and Spice Girls.

Jacques, Julia and Erin.
When you see a giant toy for children in the middle of the main street, there's only one thing you can do.

Cyril turned into a zombie.

Jacques aka Shark.

Jacques aka Jacqui.

The fantastic light in Jacques' room.

We named it the Love Shack.

The venue had lights similar to the Love Shack.

Jacques on melodica and Cyril on guitar.

Our host, Reiner. After he almost forgot us at the club, we slept on his floor.

Reiner's house. He's going to use those cups for his café.

Snuggling, as usual.

Thanks to Vanessa and her fabulous website, I am going to learn to knit from internet videos!
